Depending on the type of session, a photoshoot can take from 1-3 hours. The client is responsible for showing up on time at the scheduled location.

The remainder of your session + travel fee is due before the end of the day. No images will be delivered until the final payment is made. You are given a 2 day grace period if the payment is late. A late payment fee of $50 will be applied per day until the payment is fully paid. The client will not receive their images until the final balance is paid in full.

To prevent no-show clients I require a 50% retainer (an amount of money paid to secure the service) after signing the propsoal contract. The retainer is non-refundable and locks in your session. I do not mark down the session until the deposit is paid, marking your desired time slot unclamied. Nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid.

If the weather is crazy/act of god/I am sick/etc, we will put your deposit toward a re-schedule. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. If you have booked a portrait, couple, brand/business, graduation, event and need to reschedule your session, your deposit can be put toward a re-schedule as long as I am notified within 14 days of your session. I get it— life happens. However, if you need to cancel and do not want to re-schedule, your deposit is not refunded.

I do not charge any late fees! Yep, you read that correct no late fee! However If the client session goes over the agreed end time I charge for an additional hour. Each session has an agreed start and end time. And while shooting if we get to the end session time I will ask the client if they wish to continue or pay for an additional hour. Example: the session was stated to end at 5:00 however it did not end till 5:10 because of the client being late. The client will be charged $70 for an additional hour regardless of using the full hour or not.

My booking system is set up this way: non-refundable retainer + final payment. The non-refundable retainer is 50% of your total. And the final payment is the remaining 50% of the total session. If the final payment is late the photographer will allow a 2 day grace period. If the payment is not paid in full 2 days after the project date a late payment fee of $50 will be applied per day until the payment is fully paid. The client will not receive their images until the final balance is paid in full.

No, any images sent to you could be shared online.

We love a hype man! You are encouraged to bring a friend, family memeber, spose or whoever! Pets are allowed as well for outdoor sessions only.

No need! I only use photoshop to enhance my clients appearance. I do slightly touch a few areas such as underarms discoloration, facial blemishes, ect..

Sorry I do not return unedited images. The raw images do not represent me well as a portrait photographer BUT I promise you'll love your edited images 10x more.

I store the edited images for up to 2 months. However, there is no guarantee I will have your images for that period of time. Please be sure to download your images and create your own backups.

Please make it clear to me in your initial contact email if this is the case and let me know the reason. The sole way I market my photography services (and how you found me!) is the internet and I rely on sharing my photography to bring in customers. Therefore, I do have a fee if this is something you want to be waived. please inquire.

You will receive the edited images after 9-11 days of your session. Needing your images faster? No problem! I have a rush fee add-on for a speedier delivery. A link will be sent to your email. The link will contain all of your images in a personalized gallery + a custom print store made for you!

I have clear communication + expectations set beforehand. If you have read my FAQ thoroughly and done all you can to prepare yourself for your photoshoot, including picking a location you love, an outfit you feel confident in, then this is the best way to ensure you will be happy with the final result. I an willing to make minor corrections to your images however I will only revise the images once. Please make sure to read you contract for booking as there is a section that covers this subject under NO GUARANTEED RESULTS SUBJECTIVE ART FORM.
